Contact Your Regional Office - Each office is responsible for child care facilities located in specific counties grouped by geographic area. Concerns or complaints about child care providers can be directed to the Regional Child Development Office.
Certified Child Care Regulations The DHS Child Care regulations are available on the internet; they will no longer be available in print form. Each set of regulations (Child Care Centers, Group Child Care Homes, Family Child Care Homes, apply to the operation of that facility type.
