Certified Child Care Regulations The DHS Child Care regulations are available on the internet; they will no longer be available in print form. Each set of regulations (Child Care Centers, Group Child Care Homes, Family Child Care Homes, apply to the operation of that facility type. The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is now accepting applications.
They should apply via the COMPASS website and DHS will determine eligibility.
